During the beta phase, we have decided to offer the application for free for several important reasons. Firstly, we want to ensure that iDynamics Rebates perfectly meets the needs and expectations of our users. By offering it for free, you provide us with valuable feedback and enable us to make significant improvements before the official launch in October.
Furthermore, we understand the importance of building trust within our user community. By allowing you to try out and explore the beta version at no cost, you can assess the quality and value that our application can bring to your business. We want you to feel comfortable and confident in choosing iDynamics Rebates as your sales rebate management solution.
Your participation as a user during the beta phase is immensely valuable to us. We would love to receive your feedback, suggestions, and any bugs you may encounter. This will allow us to refine and perfect the application, providing you with an exceptional experience when we launch the final version.
How is iDynamics Rebates licensed?
iDynamics Rebates is offered on a pay-per-use basis to Business Central, with a fixed monthly price that gives access to unlimited users.
Try iDynamics Rebates in an Evaluation Company
Regardless of the number of users, you can try all features of the app by installing it from App Source in an Evaluation company. All features will be available in companies checked as Evaluation Company in Business Central, with no extra steps required, and no time limits.
Activate a Trial Period
In addition to that, if you want to try the app in your production environment or a copy of it, you can activate a 15-day trial once the app has been installed (a notification will be shown with an action that starts the trial period).

Check Subscription Status
In the general setup screen for iDynamics Rebates, you will find a Subscription Information section, where the subscription status is shown.
The status can have the following values:
- No Subscription
- Trial
- Trial Expired
- Active
- Expired
If the subscription is not active, information about the number of credits consumed versus the number of hired credits is displayed. In iDynamics Rebates, this number of credits corresponds to the number of Business Central users of type Full User.
In addition to that, you will find links to our support portal and a link with which to activate the trial or full subscription, if no active subscription is found.
