Configure Pallet Series per Machine

Description

The series for palletizing OP_ outputs are assigned to each machine.

Pallet Serial Number

When registering production output on the screen, a suggested Pallet will be displayed:

There's a configuration in the product allowing exclusion from palletizing the product upon output from the CDP:

Exclude Pallet

The palletization unit determines the system's pallet capacity calculation. During registration, the system may prompt a question like:

The pallet 110-00480 already contains 12000 units. Do you want to change the pallet?

  • YES: Prints a label for the next pallet if not yet printed.
  • NO: Records the output on the current pallet, exceeding the theoretical capacity.
