Permission Sets
Once installed, iDynamics Incident Management adds two sets of permissions to Dynamics 365 Business Central, which allow you to define the options available to each user.
User
Users with this permission set (IDPIMG USER) have read permission only on all tables in the app and, in addition, insert (but not modify or delete) permission on these three tables:
- Incident Header
- Incident Line
- Incident Comment Line
This permission set is intended for users of the different departments (purchasing, sales, warehouse, services) who are the first to detect incidents, but are not the ones who manage them.
Administrator
This permission set (IDPIMG ADMIN) has full access to all options and data generated by the application. It is intended for users who are going to manage incidents.
