Automatic Display
iDynamics Internal Notes allows the user to automatically display:
- The Internal Notes linked to customers and vendors, when creating a new purchase, sales or service document.
- The Comments (header and line) defined in purchase, sales or service documents. They are displayed each time the user accesses the document.
Display Types
Depending on the nature of the information to be shown, Internal Notes offers two ways to display the Internal Notes and Comments of the documents.
- On the one hand, the Notification type uses the model of non-intrusive notifications, displaying them at the top of the page without interrupting the user's activity.
- On the other hand, the Alert type displays the information to the user via a pop-up dialog box that will prevent the user from continuing until they click on the accept button.
Finally, if we check the Not Show type, the information will not be displayed automatically, i.e. the user will have to access the list of comments/notes to consult the information.
