The extension allows the definition of internal notes linked to customers and vendors, so that when a user selects a customer or a vendor (sales and invoicing) in a sales, purchase or service document, these internal notes are displayed.
To visualize these internal notes, the available notification model from Dynamics NAV 2017 is used, showing the notes at the top of the page, without disturbing the user interface.
Users can create notes linked to customers and vendors using the action "Internal Notes" from the "Navigate" menu in the toolbar, either from the customers' and vendors' list or from their cards:
When a user selects a sales customer (or purchase vendor) in a sales, purchase or service document, the customer's name (or vendor's name) is displayed, followed by the internal notes that are linked to them.
If you have several notes, it is possible to access all of them by clicking on "Show complete notes".
