Valued Shipment and Returns

The extension iDynamics Valued Shipment and Returns adds economic information to the shipment documents (sales and purchase) and to the return documents.

Specifically, the extension:

• Adds amounts and totals to the Posted Sales Shipment document.
• Adds amounts and totals to the Posted Purchase Receipt document.
• Adds amounts and totals to the Return Shipment document.
• Adds amounts and totals to the Return Receipt document.
• Adds a new print report for Posted Sales Shipments, with the option to display the sales prices in the document.

Posted Sales Shipments

Document Totals

The extension adds a summary with the total amounts in the right-hand column of the document.

Line Amounts

The sales shipment lines have three new visible columns: sales price, line amount and line discount %.

Document Statistics

If we click on the Statistics button located in the action bar of the document, extra information about the amounts calculated for the sales shipment will be shown.

The right-hand side of the statistics screen informs us about the customer's total and balance data, and the lower part shows us the detail of the VAT amounts associated with the document.

Posted Purchase Receipts

The purchase receipt screen has the same options as the sales shipment one (totals panel on the right-hand side, amounts in the lines, extended information in statistics).

Note: currently, no customized report is included for the posted purchase receipts, so in this case you do not have the option of printing the economic valuation of the document.

Return Shipments

The return shipment screen has the same options as the sales shipment one (totals panel on the right-hand side, amounts in the lines, extended information in statistics).

Return Receipts

The return receipt screen has the same options as the sales shipment one (totals panel on the right-hand side, amounts in the lines, extended information in statistics).

New Posted Sales Shipment Report

The extension includes a new sales shipment report, which modifies the standard one by adding the corresponding content to the amounts. It also allows you to display data for amounts, totals, and VAT breakdown, associated with the shipment document. If you have iDynamics Printing Documents, the new sales shipment report will be integrated in this extension.

From the print dialog of the report you can choose to respect the preferences as configured in the customer card, if you want all the sales shipment documents to be printed with the value indicated or without it.

Limitations

The extension does not have the capacity to assess the shipments created prior to the installation of the extension, because the original orders could have been removed after being posted.
