Order of Tasks Assigned to an Employee
When a warehouse employee navigates to "My Tasks" in the mobile app (if the option is active), they will see all tasks in the order in which they were assigned to them.
If you want to alter this order, you can use the IDPWHS Sorting field, available in all warehouse document headers. If this field has been assigned a value, it will take precedence on the assignment date/time.
Order of Document Lines
Even though the mobile app lets users change the order in which lines are shown, by default lines will be shown in the order defined by the Sorting Sequence No. field first, and the Line No. field second.
This means that, by default, users will see document lines in the same order as they are shown in Business Central. However, by customizing the value assigned to the Sorting Sequence No. field, customers could define any custom sorting that they might consider appropriate.
