iDynamics® Warehouse optimizes warehouse management in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV), making it easier for workers to perform their tasks by using tha barcode reader on the latest generation of touch devices (Android/iOs) and accessing information in real time (online and offline).
iDynamics® WAREHOUSE optimizes the following tasks:
- Manual movements.
- Act. mov.
- Information of products or bin contents.
The following manual is intended for warehouse employees who will be performing the different warehouse activities using mobile devices.
iDynamics® Warehouse is a mobility application designed to be used on devices touchscreen with barcode readers.
From the main screen, we have large buttons that give us access to the different tasks that will be performed with the device. The entire interface is designed to be used by hand, either from modern industrial warehouse devices, or from smartphones with a barcode reading accessory. At the bottom, we find the button that allow us to select the location we want to work with and access the application configuration parameters.
The menu options available to the user will depend on what you have set up in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV in your Warehouse Employee Card (options may also vary depending on the location you are working in).
Throughout the different tasks, the user will interact with the application indicating 'bins', 'products' and 'quantities'.
Whatever is being done, the interface has been designed so that the order of the actions the operator should do are always the same: reading the bin that we are going to work with, reading the products that we are going to take or place, and finally introducing the quantity. In the case of the movements, put-away and picking, aditionally we can indicate the "action" ("Take", "Place").
