Every business process is exposed to unexpected situations that need to be managed in a particular way. That is why iDynamics Incident Management is integrated into the main areas and business processes of Dynamics 365 Business Central. The objective is that, when faced with these unexpected situations, incidents can be generated and managed quickly and easily by linking all the elements involved.
